Introduction

NXT is a digital payments and wallet application through which users may deposit and withdraw funds, pay merchants, receive payouts, and send or request NXT between friends. By registering, accessing or using NXT, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

Definitions

“NXT”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer in the source terms to VELONXT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY L.L.C S.O.C. or its operating entity. “User” means a person using the application. “NXT Balance” is the digital value shown in the NXT wallet. “Merchant” is a business accepting payments or sending payouts using supported Ethereum rails. “Transaction” includes deposits, withdrawals, payments, payouts and transfers.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old, have a valid international-format mobile number, provide accurate information when required and comply with local law. NXT may require KYC documents and suspend accounts that fail verification.

Account Registration & Login

Users must register with a valid mobile number, create a secure password and protect their credentials. Activity carried out through an account is treated as authorised by its owner. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported immediately.

Deposits

Deposit methods depend on the country and available providers. Amounts are shown in local currency; balances update after provider confirmation. Processing times vary, and deposit or third-party fees may apply.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be made to supported bank or mobile money accounts. Users must verify destination details. Confirmed withdrawals are irreversible and cannot be stopped or refunded. NXT is not responsible for incorrect details supplied by the user.

Merchant Payments

NXT supports merchant payments using Ethereum payment rails without requiring users to manage a separate crypto wallet. Users must verify the merchant address or QR code and amount. Transfers to an incorrect address may be permanently lost and cannot be reversed or refunded.

Receiving Merchant Payouts

Supported merchants may send payouts to a user’s NXT address or QR code. Funds are credited after merchant and network confirmation. Providing an incorrect address can result in unrecoverable loss.

Sending & Requesting NXT Between Friends

Users may send or request NXT through the app. Transfers are typically instant and irreversible once confirmed. A user who sends funds to the wrong person must request repayment from that recipient directly.

Invite a Friend

When inviting friends through a contact list or messaging app, users confirm that they have permission to send the invitation to the selected contacts.

Fees & Charges

NXT may charge fees for deposits, withdrawals, conversions, merchant payments and other services. Where possible, charges are displayed before confirmation. Banks, mobile money operators and other third parties may charge additional fees.

Transaction Irreversibility

Most confirmed merchant payments, payouts, withdrawals and transfers cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded. Users must check all details carefully before confirming.

Security

NXT uses security measures to protect accounts and transactions. Users must protect their devices with a PIN, password or biometric protection where possible, keep credentials confidential and report compromised or lost devices promptly.

Prohibited Use

NXT must not be used for fraud, scams, unauthorised transactions, money laundering, terrorist financing, illegal gambling or trade, sanctions evasion, regulatory circumvention, promotional abuse or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities. Accounts may be suspended or closed for prohibited conduct.

Support & Communication

Support channels may include email for transaction issues, WhatsApp or in-app support for general enquiries, and transaction histories and statements in the application. Proof of payment may be required to investigate a transaction.

Limits, Holds & Suspensions

NXT may impose daily, weekly or monthly limits, hold funds or transactions, or suspend accounts where unusual activity is detected, identity cannot be verified, or a breach of the terms or applicable law is suspected.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NXT and affiliates disclaim liability for incorrect account details or addresses entered by users; third-party network or provider failures; irreversible transactions; access resulting from inadequate credential security; and indirect or consequential losses. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Closing Your Account

Users may request account closure subject to pending transactions and disputes. Remaining balances must be withdrawn subject to limits and fees. Certain records may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.

Changes to These Terms

NXT may update these terms and notify users of material changes through the website, app or other appropriate channels. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

The source terms specify the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there.
